In line with the quality tenet of "quality first, customer first", we make the following commitments to the quality of equipment, technical services and after-sales services:
1. Ensure strict compliance with contract requirements, on-time delivery according to quality and quantity, and send relevant technical personnel to on-site technical guidance, installation, debugging and other work.
2. Ensure that we provide users with good pre-sales, sales, and after-sales services, and provide users with product performance, instructions, maintenance and other relevant information. After receiving notifications from users within the warranty period, we will immediately dispatch professional technical personnel to solve the problem.
3. Under normal working conditions and installation conditions, the mechanical life and service life specified in the standards are guaranteed to be achieved. If the strength seal fails due to product quality problems, or the product is used due to bumps in appearance, or if there are quality problems due to non-human factors during the use of the product, our company will implement measures such as replacement and repair during the warranty period.
4. The shelf life of valve equipment is 12 months after the product arrives and is accepted.
