When water is supplied from the inlet, it passes through a micro-filter, needle valve, and check valve into the main valve control chamber, and then drains downstream via a ball valve. Because the needle valve opening is smaller than the ball valve opening, the drainage rate in the main valve control chamber is greater than the inlet rate, causing a pressure drop in the control chamber. This pressure, acting on the inlet pressure at the lower end of the main valve disc, opens the main valve to supply water downstream. When the pipeline stops supplying water, if downstream water begins to flow back, some of the backflow enters the main control chamber through the ball valve. Due to the check valve, the backflow cannot flow out of the main control chamber, causing the pressure in the main control chamber to gradually increase and slowly close the main valve. This product utilizes hydraulic self-control, requiring no other devices or energy, making maintenance simple, and providing smooth opening and closing. This valve is widely used in water supply network systems for high-rise buildings, residential areas, and urban water supply projects.
