If users need it, we can train operation and maintenance technicians for users, hold various user symposiums regularly or irregularly to inquire users’ opinions, promptly deliver and handle information such as calls, letters, and visits, and be responsible for receiving visiting customers and assisting them in solving relevant problems.
6. If quality problems occur due to non-human factors during the use of the product, our company promises to promptly replace the products with new parts with new ones. At the same time, in order to ensure that quality problems no longer affect the customer's production, we will provide a spare part in addition to the replacement of new parts.
7. Regularly conduct quality tracking, promptly solve problems existing in the customer's use process, and strictly follow the after-sales service process, that is, guide installation and debugging - return visit after 3 months - return visit after 8 months - return visit after 12 months.
8. Problem-solving time limit: Arrive at the site within 12 hours after receiving customer notification, wearing parts will be processed within 24 hours, and non-wearing parts will be processed within 3-5 working days.
