【Product Description】

The BJ41W and BJ41Y insulated gate valves are available in three cover designs. The first is a bolt-on cover, where the valve body and cover are connected with bolts and nuts, sealed with a spiral wound gasket (made of 316 stainless steel with flexible graphite). A metal ring connection can be used upon special customer requirements. The second design is a welded cover, where the valve body and cover are connected with threads, providing a full weld seal. A full penetration weld connection can also be used upon special customer requirements. The third is a pressure self-tightening cover, where the valve body and cover are connected with threads, and an internal pressure self-sealing ring seals.

【Structure and Features】

The design and manufacture of insulated gate valves conform to API 602, BS 5352, and ASME B16.34; inspection and testing are conducted according to API 598, and marking is performed according to MSS-SP-25;

Full bore or reduced bore;

Outstanding stem support type (OS&Y);

Self-centering pressure plate type;

Bolted connection, spiral wound gasket sealing bonnet, threaded connection, fully welded sealing bonnet, and threaded internal pressure self-tightening bonnet;

Integral top sealing seat;

Socket end conforms to ASME B16.11;

Threaded connection end (NPT) conforms to ANSI/ASME B1.20.1;
