The BQ41F insulated jacketed ball valve series is mainly suitable for various systems in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, and power industries to transport high-viscosity media that solidify at room temperature. The jacket is welded between the sealing surfaces at both ends of the valve, and standard connection ports for the jacket are located on the side and bottom of the valve. Due to the added jacket, the end connection size of this type of valve is one to two sizes larger than the standard size. The valve end connection types are flanged and wafer. Steam and other heat-insulating media can freely pass through the jacket, ensuring smooth passage of viscous media through the valve.

1. The insulated jacketed ball valve prevents viscous media from solidifying in pipelines and reduces heat loss from low-temperature media.

2. The welded steel pipe jacket is more pressure-resistant, robust, and reliable than cast steel jackets.

3. Because the valve's flow diameter matches the pipe's inner diameter, the medium flows in a straight line, resulting in low flow resistance. It is suitable for easily solidifying and highly viscous liquid media.

4. The insulated ball valve body adopts an integral (one-piece) structure, making it small in size and lighter than similar ball valves.
