【Valve Applications】

The Q41F46 PTFE-lined ball valve features an inner cavity and ball lined with corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene (F46) using a high-pressure injection molding process, ensuring reliable corrosion resistance and sealing performance. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, and pharmaceutical industries for regulating or shutting off highly corrosive media such as acids and alkalis during production processes. It is particularly effective in water treatment process control.

【Valve Features】

1. The PTFE-lined ball valve, with its FEP lining, possesses excellent chemical stability and is suitable for use with any highly corrosive substances except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine.

2. The PTFE-lined ball valve adopts a full-bore, floating ball structure, allowing for leak-free closure across the entire pressure range. This facilitates pipeline cleaning and maintenance.

3. The ball and stem are cast (forged) as a single unit, eliminating the possibility of the stem being ejected from the pressure-bearing component due to pressure changes, fundamentally ensuring safety during operation.

4. The PTFE-lined ball valve has a compact and reasonable structure with a small internal cavity, reducing media retention. Furthermore, the special molding process ensures excellent sealing surface density, and the herringbone annular PTFE packing combination achieves zero leakage.

5. Two-piece and three-piece designs can adapt to various pipeline systems and operating conditions. The three-piece ball valve allows the main valve body to be separated from the two side valve bodies, enabling quick online replacement and maintenance.
