【Valve Applications】

Q11F and Q21F threaded ball valves are suitable for various pipelines with PN1.0~4.0MPa operating pressure and working temperatures of -29℃~180℃ (PTFE sealing ring) or -29℃~300℃ (PTFE sealing ring), used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Our company can also design and manufacture valves according to the user's actual working conditions and special requirements. Different materials can be selected to suit media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, and acetic acid.

【Valve Features】

1. Threaded ball valves are available in one-piece, two-piece, and three-piece configurations based on their body structure.

2. The valve body and cover are manufactured using a silica fusion casting process, resulting in a rational structure and aesthetically pleasing appearance.

3. The valve seat employs an elastic sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing and minimal opening and closing torque.

4. The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure to prevent it from being blown out.

5. A 90° on/off limit mechanism can be installed, and a locking device can be added according to user needs to prevent accidental operation.

6. The threaded ball valve has ISO5211 standard connection dimensions on the top; removing the handle allows for connection to pneumatic or electric actuators.
