【Valve Applications】

The GQ47H PN16~PN100 track ball valve is suitable for petrochemical, liquefied petroleum gas storage, oil refineries, natural gas, compressor systems, oil and gas pipelines, light industry, textiles, and other industries.

【Basic Features】

Traditional ball valves, whether floating or fixed, have the ball and seat in constant contact, resulting in high opening and closing torque and easy damage to the sealing surface. However, in track ball valves, the ball first deflects and then rotates during opening and closing, separating from the seat throughout the process. Therefore, the seat is not scratched, and the opening and closing torque is low.

1. Frictionless opening and closing. This function completely solves the problem of sealing problems caused by friction between sealing surfaces in traditional valves.

2. Top-entry structure. Valves installed on pipelines can be directly inspected and maintained online. This effectively reduces plant downtime and lowers production costs.

3. Single seat design. Eliminates the problem of safety issues caused by abnormal pressure rise of the medium in the valve cavity.

4. Low torque design. 5. **Specially designed valve stem:** The valve can be easily opened and closed with just a small handwheel.

6. **Wedge-shaped sealing structure:** The valve relies on the mechanical force provided by the valve stem to press the ball wedge against the valve seat for sealing. This ensures the valve's sealing performance is unaffected by changes in pipeline pressure differential, guaranteeing reliable sealing performance under various operating conditions.

7. **Wide applicability:** Suitable for diameters ranging from millimeters to meters, and from high vacuum to high pressure. When the ball rotates 90 degrees, the entire inlet and outlet surfaces should be spherical, effectively cutting off flow.

8. **Self-cleaning sealing surface structure:** When the ball tilts away from the valve seat, the fluid in the pipeline flows evenly along the ball's sealing surface at 360°, eliminating localized scouring of the valve seat by high-speed fluid and flushing away accumulated deposits on the sealing surface, achieving self-cleaning.
